Vaughn J. Smith is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Building Environmental Management Corporation (BEM Corp.).

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Smith is a seasoned business development executive with over a decade of experience nurturing high-growth technology companies. Most recently, he founded SER International Corp., a multi-national media conglomerate which today has offices in Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Mexico. His client list included companies such as Sony and Universal Studios. In 2003, Mr. Smith sold SER and used the proceeds to fund BEM Corp..

RECOGNITION:
