The S-2 CERTIFICATION is awarded to each newly constructed home that passes BEM Corporation’s evaluation guidelines as adopted from those of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the American Lung Association.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY PRODUCTS:
The S-2 CERTIFICATION is awarded to products that pass BEM Corporation’s evaluation guidelines as adopted from those of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the American Lung Association, ASHRAE and the manufacturer's product specifications.

In addition, BEM stands behind the companies who's products meet BEM's performance criteria, further enhancing client confidence.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEEDURES:
The S-2 CERTIFICATION is awarded to companies who complete BEM health and safety inspections or seminars with exceptional scores.

BEM's S-2 CERTIFICATION standards for Health & Safety is based on OSHA law and United States Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
