The S-2 CERTIFICATION program is designed to ensure that residential builders and developers construct homes to higher indoor environmental standards. The result: healthier homes that they can be proud of delivering to their buyers.

The S-2 CERTIFICATION is awarded to each newly constructed home that passes BEM Corporation’s evaluation guidelines as adopted from those of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the American Lung Association.

The S-2 CERTIFICATION is awarded to products that pass BEM Corporation’s evaluation guidelines as adopted from those of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the American Lung Association, ASHRAE and the manufacturer's product specifications.
